PowerNet Global Communications, an integrated communications provider, releases Power 3000, a nationwide residential calling plan. Power 3000 offers an alternative to traditional per minute long-distance packages by providing 3,000 anywhere, anytime, domestic, long-distance minutes for a single monthly price. PowerNet Global will market the service through its 2,000 nationwide agents and affinity groups.

We like to keep it simple for our customers and free them from the restrictions of most dial-around plans, while offering a single monthly charge for the budget conscious, says Larry Moses, PowerNet Globals executive vice president of sales. Customers appreciate calling as often as they want with the peace of mind that comes with paying the same amount each month.

The company says Power 3000 customers will access the calling plan using 10-10-813 from a registered phone line. The plan has no start-up fees, no per-call connection fees and aggressive international rates. Power 3000 will offer a solution to customers seeking a single recurring amount for their domestic long-distance charges.

Power 3000 will provide 3,000 residential long-distance minutes originating and terminating within the continental United States, for in-network customers accessing via 10-10-813 at $29.95 per month. The service will be available out-of-network via a toll-free number at $39.95 per month. International calls will be charged per minute.
