Progress Telecom, Host.net Expand Partnership

Broadband and wireless services provider Progress Telecom LLC is working with Host.net, a provider of Internet access, nationwide transport, colocation, managed security and VoIP services, to bring metro and last-mile connectivity to customers in southern Florida.

Host.net is a platinum “Progress Connected Partner. The partnership means each company is providing its subscribers with metro, long-haul and international access.

Progress Telecom customers cannot only expect great quality of service but now they can also reap the benefits of quicker lead times, single provider solutions and added cost savings that this partnership will offer,” says Jeff Davis, president of Host.net.

The companies say their expanded services will be available by the fourth quarter of 2005.
