Qwest Adds to Wholesale VoIP Suite

Qwest Communications International Inc. today announced it added Qwest IP Voice 8xx Origination and Qwest Wholesale Hosted VoIP service to its suite of solutions for wholesale VoIP customers. The new services enable wholesale VoIP customers to deploy next-generation voice applications for their end-user customers via Qwest’s national IP-based network.

Qwest’s full suite for wholesale VoIP customers now includes Qwest Wholesale Hosted VoIP; Qwest IP Voice 8xx Origination, which allows toll-free calls originated on the PSTN to be translated to IP format and delivered to wholesale customers; and IP Voice Termination services, which allow wholesale customers to hand over IP voice traffic directly to Qwest.
