Raindance Communications Inc. (Booth 604) is demonstrating its new Raindance Meeting Edition Web conferencing service. The company says the technology creates a remote meeting environment that rivals the collaboration of in-person meetings. Integrated audio, Web and video facilitate more natural, productive communication among participants, the company says.

Raindance invites interested agents and resellers to learn more about the company’s services and agent programs by visiting the company’s booth during exhibit hall hours.

Company officials say Meeting Edition’s features were developed to give users more involvement, control and interaction on Web conferences. The attributes include ease of hosting and meeting attendance, thanks to one-click access through e-mail invitations, instead of phone numbers, URLs or conference IDs; hands-on collaboration with simultaneous document viewing and sharing capabilities; and the "follow talker" video features that lets users track who is speaking.

Attendees of the Channel Partners show can visit Raindance.com and sign up for a free trial of Raindance Meeting Edition. For a limited time, the company says, submissions also will be entered to win five free Web cams and a month of Raindance’s 5-User Pack.
