Reason Given for Mondays AT&T Web Mail Outage

AT&T says it’s been able to fix a cut fiber-optic cable that disrupted Web mail service to customers Monday morning. The company says service was available again at 10:15 a.m. ET after being down for several hours.
No specific word so far as to what caused the cable to be cut.
