Reinvent Hires Integra, Metaswitch Alums to Strengthen Reseller Support

Reinvent’s Jake Livingstone

Reinvent Telecom, the provider of private-label cloud-based UC, collaboration and contact-center services, has two new VoIP engineers and a partner-success specialist to support the rapid growth of its white-label reseller partner program.

Jake Livingstone and Nija Richie are the new VoIP engineers, and Adrienne Jones is the new partner-success specialist. Reinvent’s partner program is supported by technical, sales and marketing professionals who assist resellers with planning, launching and selling UCaaS, conferencing and collaboration, contact center and SIP trunking solutions.

The recent hires will strengthen those efforts as the company continues to sign new reseller partners and expands, the company said.

“In addition to our Reinvent partner portal, which offers self-service management from quoting to billing, we strive to provide exceptional support with a personal touch,” said Ray Napoletano, Reinvent’s vice president of sales. “These additional hires will ensure that partners have resources to help them transform their businesses into next-generation cloud-based communications service providers.”

Livingston has more than 20 years of experience with engineering, evaluating, testing and troubleshooting voice, video and data networks. He comes to Reinvent from Metaswitch, where he spent 12 years as a customer support engineer, and later a senior trainer, training Metaswitch customers globally.

Reinvent’s Adrienne Jones

Richie has 20 years of technical experience with SIP, metro Ethernet, data center, networking solutions and cloud services. Prior to joining Reinvent, she worked at Allstream, Integra and AT&T in various technical capacities.

Jones brings more than 10 years of experience in channel sales management and support. Prior to joining Reinvent, she worked at Allstream as a regional channel sales manager. Before that she spent eight years at Integra in various sales support and channel roles.
