Sphere Communications and Adtech Global Solutions (AGS), providers of the Sphere Business Communications System (Sphere BCS), on Wednesday announced the appointment of Ambassador Technical Services Inc. (ATSI) as a Sphere Certified Partner.

The announcement was made at CompTIA’s Breakaway event being held this week in Florida.

Sphere BCS is based on the companys IP PBX software and is a modular, business-class IP telephony and unified communications system that is configured-to-order and includes support and services, the company said. The platform features onscreen point-and-click call management, user-defined intelligent call routing, multiple auto-attendants, departmental call center capabilities, desktop video conferencing, text messaging, unified email/voice mail messaging, smart directories with presence, integrated softphone for mobile and remote workers and call recording, among other features. The company said its Web services capabilities and SIP interfaces enable software integration with business applications and other communications systems. The product is available through AGS.

The newly appointed Sphere Certified Partner, ATSI, is a full-service solutions provider that offers IP telephony, video teleconferencing suites and data recovery systems supported by their connectivity services (featuring SIP, TDM and analog connectivity), around-the-clock system monitoring, professional project management, last-mile construction and business financing programs.
