Straitshot Communications, a managed network service provider, selected CustomCall Data Systems Inc.s Webtop product for bill processing and order management for Straitshots business VoIP services.
Webtop BPM is a Web-based and workflow-enabled solution that enables service providers seamlessly to integrate order management, bill processing, customer care, provisioning and revenue management. Webtop offers business process modules for integrating collections, trouble tickets, number inventory, document management and other core business processes.
Also, E911, CNAM/SOA/LIDB and automated credit scoring are available, as is a customizable end-user Web portal that integrates with a service providers back-office systems.
