Tadiran Acquires EasyRun IP Contact Center Technology

UC vendor Tadiran Telecom announced Tuesday the acquisition of EasyRun‘s technology and intellectual property. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

EasyRun’s EPICCenter VoIP contact center technology will be integrated into Tadiran Telecom’s Linux-based UC platform, which will be launched next week.

Founded in 1991, EasyRun offers VoIP-based contact center solutions that run on legacy or IP PBX platforms, enabling customers to add a mutlimedia contact center solution without having to make major changes to their existing telephony infrastructure. The solution also integrates with CRM solutions and blends inbound and outbound calls to manage sales campaigns and process customer orders in real-time.

EasyRun has an installed base of more than 3,000 locations worldwide.

Tadiran Telecom serves more than 100,000 businesses of all sizes in 41 countries worldwide. Tadiran Telecom’s family of products includes UC platforms, IP PBXs, softswitches, contact centers, IP phones, as well as mobility and desktop solutions.
