CHANNEL PARTNERS Telecom Brokerage Inc. (TBI) (Booth 5011) is the first master agent to join TruMobility Inc.’s new channel program.

TruMobility provides integrated mobile and hosted voice communications including hosted PBX and SIP trunking, and 3G and 4G data over a private cellular network. Dan Dooley, president and COO of TruMobility, said his company chose TBI as its premiere partner "because they are a leader in the channel with an established mobility program and a knowledgeable team.”

For TBI, adding TruMobility is a boon.

TruMobility brings a unique product offering to our channel by making the mobile device a native extension of corporate voice and data networks,” said Geoff Yearack, TBI’s vice president of operations.

For example, TruMobility turns makes the mobile phone part of the corporate phone system with features including four-digit dialing, one number for the office and mobile device and unified voice mail. TruMobility said it does not use Wi-Fi or smartphone dialing apps; rather, it moves fixed line and mobile convergence to the cloud.

"There is a considerable amount of pent up demand in the channels to sell cellular solutions," Dooley said. "However, up until now, the process has either been too daunting or overly complicated for the agent. Along with input from TBI, our back office pre- and post-sales support systems have been specially designed for channels and resellers."

Dooley said TruMobility’s program and incentives mirror what agents expect form wireline partners.

"We are offering very competitive residual commissions on both the wireline and cellular solution," he said.
