TBI, the master agent and tech distributor, has a new, exclusive deal with Teligistics that allows it to offer Teligistics’ life-cycle management solutions through its network of more than 2,000 independent partners.
“As the exclusive distributor of the Teligistics portfolio, we are enabling our partners to offer their enterprise customers significant value,” said TBI President Geoff Shepstone. “Teligistics’ services are critical in the often complex request for pricing (RFP) procurement process. As important, their expense management suite keep carriers honest, both in terms of how they deliver services, but also in how they bill for them.”
The services include Telibid – Teligistics’ patented eProcurement tool for strategically sourcing global telecommunications services via RFPs; strategic sourcing – telecommunications contracts designed to address every facet of the service-provider negotiating process, from billing, to service level agreements, to pricing, and beyond; Telecom Expense & Asset Management (TEAM) – a Web-based portal that aims to simplify the often overwhelming service procurement, management, and billing audit processes; and enterprise mobility management (eMobileGistics) – a dynamic tool that addresses the fast-growing costs of supporting wireless and mobile employees. This includes device fulfillment, plan changes, and trouble tickets.
“We are delighted to have partnered with TBI, a company that prides itself on providing its partners with the highest level of service and support,” said Teligistics CEO David Roberts. “Reaching TBI agent-partners allows Teligistics to grow its market share alongside a company that shares our core values which is of paramount importance to us.”
