Telarus on Tuesday said it has formed a strategic partnership with New Jersey-based Spectrotel, the national integrated solutions provider specializing in the aggregation of voice, internet, cloud and managed services. The company says it provides services that enable multilocation SMB and enterprise customers to transform the way they manage their businesses.

In making the announcement, Telarus noted that Spectrotel’s innovative technology solutions and commitment to outstanding service “personify the essence of Telarus and the commitment to Telarus partners.”

Companies who choose Spectrotel through the Telarus portfolio will have access to:

  • Network of Networks, which aggregates hundreds of disparate networks, carriers, transports and equipment throughout North America to deliver one cohesive, affordable solution that can be viewed and managed through one source.

  • Premier Account Service that provides customers with live, personal assistance by assigning a single point of contact whose only responsibility is to deliver a consistent, informative and proactive experience for all their service needs pre- and post-installation, including repair, status, billing and resolution.

  • Leading-Edge Technology thanks to Spectrotel’s ability to aggregate a fully customizable and scalable enterprise solution with a comprehensive suite of services that manages and secures it. Spectrotel’s Solutions in a Box provides Telarus with myriad technological choices from a robust collection of TDM services; managed services including SD-WAN, managed security, network monitoring and VPN; professional services; and VoIP services including hosted PBX cloud, SIP and unified communications.

“Timing is everything; our partnership with Telarus could not come at a better time,” said Ross Artale, Spectrotel president and COO. “Spectrotel being one of the fastest growing aggregators and Telarus being one of the fastest growing distributors reinforces our ability to deliver the solutions that help our partners grow their business and our ability to do it in a unique way that creates long-lasting partnerships.”

“Adding Spectrotel to our supplier portfolio allows Telarus partners to deliver integrated solutions to their customers. The Spectrotel fanatical support team will allow our partners to delight their customers,” said Patrick Oborn, Telarus co-founder.

The partnership with Spectrotel is the latest in a series of agreements into which Telarus has entered recently. Earlier this month, the master agent added Infinite Group (IGI), creator of the Nodeware cybersecurity solution, to its supplier team, and in August it teamed up with first Evolve IP for cloud services, then OmniNet for security services.
