VoxOx In Business, a division of Telcentris, has made changes to the structure and pricing of its white-label VoIP program.

The program was previously offered with three separate pricing plans, but will now be offered as a single, streamlined package with both metered and bundled-minute options for SIP trunking and hosted IP PBX business solutions. It will also include single-line user (SoHo” and residential landline replacement) deployments. The new structure includes flat-rate pricing for origination and termination services and reduced initial startup fees for customers by 50 percent or more.

The white-label VoIP program now offers redesigned, fully brandable end-user and administrator portals, which VoxOx says enable easier access to CDR information and more account management and call-control functions. The latest website design aims to provide both administrators and end-users with a more intuitive user experience. OSS/BSS platforms for ordering and billing provisioning have also been enhanced in conjunction with the program update.

Since launching our white label VoIP program in December of 2010, we have seen tremendous interest, which resulted in significant growth of our wholesale business,” said Bryan Hertz, CEO of Telcentris. After taking into account valuable customer feedback on feature requests, pricing and structure, we simplified the white label offering to allow for easy program entry and scalability.”

Program members will be able to offer their customers SIP Trunking; hosted IP PBX; residential landline replacement services; origination and termination services; and callback services.

Our white-label program is designed to provide customers with services that are sought by their SMB and enterprise end-users,” said Mark Peterson, VP of wholesale sales at Telcentris. We are continually evaluating and developing new functionality for our white label program, which we believe to be highly competitive due to our long-established carrier contracts, redundant IP network infrastructure and award-winning service delivery platform.”
