Telefonica Chooses iBasis

iBasis Inc., a wholesale provider that distributes international long-distance, VoIP and prepaid calling cards, says Telefonica Deutschland GmbH, an independent IP carrier in Germany, is its newest customer.

Telefonica is interconnecting with iBasis so it can deliver VoIP services to ISPs, other carriers and corporate customers.

Telefonica says using iBasis means the company can expand its international offerings with very little capital investment.
