TelePacific Communications Launches New VoIP Services for SMBs

TelePacific Communications (Booth 223), a facilities-based provider headquartered in Los Angeles, has unveiled a new suite of VoIP services for SMBs called SmartVoice, available for distribution through channel partners.

SmartVoice will include IP trunking, hosted IP telephony services and service administration tools that customers can access and manage themselves. The SmartVoice IP trunks not only will include an SIP interface, it also will have traditional PRI and CAS interfaces for digital PBXs. SmartVoice IP telephony services will support analog handsets, fax machines and TDM key telephone systems. This means SMBs can use their TDM premise equipment as long as they like.

With the introduction of SmartVoice, businesses will have access to a next-generation network and advanced solutions that will support the equipment customers and prospects already have in place, said Justin Chris-Tensen, TelePacifics vice president of the Telepartner channel. These advanced VoIP solutions provide agents an opportunity to continually engage their customer base with new offerings and provide additional revenue opportunities for them.

Additional features in the SmartVoice suite include auto attendant, multisite abbreviated dialing and advanced features for mobile employees.
