TelePacific (Booth 5005 and an Executive Sponsor), has launched an integrated hosted PBX solution now available to channel partners through the companys TelePartner program.
The company says the new offering bundles hosted PBX with TelePacifics private IP network and end-to-end access control to ensure quality of service. It’s designed to integrate seamlessly with workplace technology, allowing users to make and receive phone calls from any location on any device. It supports multiple locations under one service account.
We guarantee the customers traffic from their desk, out to the world, and back with our Service Level Agreements,” explained Ken Bisnoff, TelePacifics channel chief and SVP of strategic opportunities. So were offering our Telepartners clients a high quality and reliable phone-service alternative with low cost of ownership, predictable operating expenses, zero maintenance and simplified billing from one trusted provider.”
TelePacific says product highlights include competitive pricing, state-of-the-art IP handsets and several seat types offering a variety of features and other add-ons that can be selected a la carte by an individual user or for all users at the customers location. Self-management portals allow end-users and administrators to make changes on the fly and customize features to their liking, and because its cloud-based, they will always have access to the latest features and services that TelePacific has to offer.
TelePacifics Hosted PBX solution is able to control the quality of voice calls because all traffic travels exclusively TelePacifics on private network from end-to-end. The result is guaranteed quality of service backed by service level agreements (SLAs). In addition, by leveraging synergies with its SmartVoice NTN (national telephone number) capabilities, TelePacific says it is able to deliver hosted PBX services anywhere in the contiguous 48 states as long as the customers primary location is inside its franchise territory.
In early 2013, TelePacific also will roll out additional cloud solutions including messaging products, unified communications services and collaboration tools as part of its cloud-services strategy.
