CHANNEL PARTNERS TelePacific Communications (Booth #501) has made its SmartVoice PRI, SIP and business-line services available on a nationwide basis.
The company said the expansion was possible due to its release of physical two-way nationwide telephone numbers (NTNs) and nationwide SmartVoice.
Customers with satellite offices and employees outside of our footprint now have the ability to consolidate all of their telecommunications services with TelePacific and be billed for them on a single invoice,” said Ken Bisnoff, senior vice president of strategic opportunities for TelePacific. As long as the customer has an anchor location in California or Nevada, this rollout effectively gives our agents the ability to sell TelePacific as a one-stop shop nationwide.”
Meanwhile, TelePacific said it’s planning to launch a cloud-based PBX early in the fourth quarter. The platform will provide the features and functionality of a traditional PBX without the capital expense required to buy and maintain equipment. TelePacific will deliver its cloud PBX over its private network. Features include control key, dial by extension, eFax, voice mail-to-email translation and call forwarding to up to five other devices. On-the-go users also may use their mobile phones as if they were at their desks.
