Telution Announces New Product Functionality
February 9, 2004
Telution’s (Booth 306) COMX Release 3.6 focuses on streamlining service providers processes for delivering voice and data service bundles to small and medium- sized businesses. The COMX Next Generation Network architecture fully enables a service provider to sell, order, provision and bill for service bundles constructed from traditional network elements (such as last-mile special access or EEL circuits) and next-generation network elements including IP soft switches.
Telution says COMX advancements include:
@bullet:A streamlined sales support process for enabling a service provider’s sales personnel to create accurate sales orders and site specifications to guide downstream provisioning.
@bullet:An automated provisioning workflow process for provisioning access services, integrated access devices, digital trunks, direct inward dial numbers, analog lines and quality-of-service-based data services on one service order.
@bullet:A Web-based billing portal that allows end customers to access and manipulate their billing data via an easy to use web-site. Via the COMX Billing Portal, end users can export their billing data to their internal systems; sort, track and analyze bill detail at the corporate, division and physical local levels; and obtain an advanced set of reporting applications to aid in creating and offering new Web-based billing reports to all customers.
