Terrapin Adds TopLine CRM Platforms to Portfolio

Cloud-services master agency Terrapin Solutions has added TopLine Results‘ hosted CRM platforms to its portfolio.

TopLine specializes in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sage ACT! and Sage SalesLogix with customized hosting packages. Terrapin said the partnership bolsters its SaaS offerings and will help businesses streamline sales, marketing and customer service processes.

Our biggest frustration to date with other CRM solutions has been the expectation put on businesses that they must become expert in customizing and deploying their own CRM platform,” said Andrew Pryfogle, president and CEO of Terrapin Solutions and chairman of Cloud Services Coalition.

But Terrapin’s clients don’t have time or staff to do that, he added.
