Tone Software now offers a free solution to manage the quality of services within the Lync UC environment.
The ReliaTel Lync Monitoring Tool is designed to provide organizations with a solution that allows them to see the quality of their Lync voice services, including QoS alarming, notification, and dynamic QoS management dashboards, according to the company.
"At the core of today’s Microsoft Lync UC adoption wave is the convenience of deploying advanced UC capabilities within your existing Windows infrastructure, and rapidly realizing all the collaboration and productivity benefits UC has to offer," said Amit Kapoor, director of strategic technology for Tone.
