TouchTone Adds New Sales Exec to Work With Channel Managers

TouchTone Communications, which specializes in hosted IP, SIP trunking, and switched and dedicated voice services, has hired Ken McCormack to fill its newly created executive sales and marketing position.
McCormack comes to TouchTone with more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the telecom industry; he previously worked for Zone Telecom and Global Crossing. Now, as vice president of sales and marketing, McCormack will, among his other duties, work with TouchTones channel managers to foster existing agent relationships and forge new ones. He also will join channel managers at agent field engagements when needed, TouchTone said.
Ken will make an excellent addition to the TouchTone team,” Pino Bio, TouchTones president, said in a press release. His experience in sales, marketing, and business development offers a well-rounded background with a proven track record in producing effective sales and channel programs.”
TouchTone is banking on McCormack to make some changes that will be immediately noticeable to the companys partners and customers. The provider didnt specify what it has in mind but, Bio added, channel partners and vendors can look forward to some incredible changes in the upcoming months. They can expect a much bigger, brighter, and bolder TouchTone brand.”
