Verizon Business Enhances Web-Based Portal for Wholesale Customers

Verizon Business has enhanced its Web-based portal for wholesale customers to enable more control and faster processing of private and metro private line orders.

The Web-based Portfolio offers system-to-system access, called electronic bonding or eBonding, which allows customers to receive price quotes for private and metro private lines quickly and securely, said the company.

With Portfolio’s Advanced Reporting Tool (ART), order status is available in near real time, delivering better visibility of circuit inventories and specific circuit-order status. The tool also provides intuitive click-through use and easier access to other Verizon Business back-office systems, the company added. Streamlined order processes and auto-populated fields also help users eliminate potential errors, and an online help feature and electronic user guide, available 24/7, enable users to address problems quickly.

There is no charge to use Portfolio; however, wholesale customers must have entitlement privileges to access the Web-based tool.
