Vertical Communications (VRCC.PK) has announced enhancements to the SBX IP 320, a converged IP telephony system developed in partnership with LG-Nortel. Release 2.0 provides new voice mail/auto attendant features, increased voice mail storage and a cordless digital telephone to help small businesses further increase productivity and efficiency.

The SBX IP 320, which supports both traditional and IP endpoints as well as SIP trunking in a single system providing businesses with flexibility on when and how VoIP is deployed, can be purchased through Vertical’s network of more than 1,800 Vertical Business Partners.

Release 2.0 offers a number of new capabilities, most of which are available through a simple software upgrade. Among the enhancements are expanded voice mail storage, Ranger multiline digital cordless telephone, park and page, company directory, multiple mailbox buttons and paging for IP remote extensions.
