VoiceLog Announces Free Speech TPV

Telecommunications third-party verification provider VoiceLog LLC has announced a special promotion for its Free Speech TPV – the first speech recognition-based TPV services offered at standard pricing. All new accounts established by March 31, 2004 will avoid normal charges for account setup, which VoiceLog says will save companies hundreds of dollars.
Free Speech TPV offers automated verification services without requiring customers to use touchtone commands, making the verification process easier and more available to people who do not have touchtone telephones. In most cases, the verification script is designed to require only a "yes" or "no" answer (or its functional equivalent). The system uses advanced speech recognition technology on a VoiceXML platform, backed up with the VoiceLog live agent network, for verification rates of up to 99 percent, the company says.
In addition to the free setup offer, Free Speech TPV offers other savings. VoiceLog says that, unlike some other verification providers, it charges no premium over its standard IVR-based offerings, making Free Speech TPV available at less than $1.50 per call for most standard TPV scripts. VoiceLog says standard pricing can translate into savings of up to 75 percent, versus live agent verification. The pricing includes unlimited use of the VoiceLog proprietary Web interface, the VoiceLog "No-Single-Point-of-Failure" network with 99.999 percent uptime, 36 months of online storage and the experience that comes from recording more than 45 million verification calls in North America and Europe.
VoiceLog also says it is the leading provider of VirtualLogger call center recording-related services, offering full-time and selective recording with no capital expenditure requirements, VirtualQC third-party quality monitoring and scoring, transcription, long-term record archiving and more.
