VoiceLog Challenges TPV Vendors

VoiceLog LLC (Booth 311), a provider of third-party verification (TPV) for the telecommunications and competitive energy markets, announces the VoiceLog Challenge, an offer to take on all TPV vendors. In the challenge, VoiceLog intends to prove it delivers more good sales and a better user experience than other speech recognition-driven or live-operator TPV vendors.
Key to the VoiceLog Challenge is an offer by VoiceLog to provide a free month of service to any company currently using speech recognition-based TPV or live operator TPV from any other vendor. This gives that company an opportunity to run the VoiceLog TPV application side-by-side with their current vendor. After the month, the company can judge for itself whether the VoiceLog application is superior.

Taking advantage of the VoiceLog Challenge is easy. A company need only be a current user of third-party
verification and agree to share the results of the test with VoiceLog. VoiceLog will set up the clients script for free and provide a full month of service.
The VoiceLog speech-recognition TPV application uses a state-of-the-art VoiceXML speech-processing platform from VoiceGenie and ScanSoft speech recognition software.
