VoxOx Intros Unlimited Monthly Subscription Plans

VoxOx by TelCentris, a service that unifies voice, video, IM, text, social media, e-mail, fax and more into a single user interface, has introduced “unlimited” monthly subscription plans for calling and two-way texting via VoxOx. Domestic and worldwide plan options are available.

As part of the launch, VoxOx, which is currently in beta, is offering a $2.45 introductory rate for its monthly domestic calling plan (U.S. and Canada), which marks the lowest published rate of all leading Internet telephony providers, including more than 15 percent lower than Skype, the company said. Users who take advantage of this offer will enjoy an ongoing subscription at this discounted rate.

“VoxOx is completely free for consumers who want to talk or video conference with other VoxOx users, as well as leverage its advanced integration with all major communication channels,” said Bryan Hertz, CEO and co-founder of TelCentris, the company that created VoxOx. “For those consumers, who want to call off-network for pennies per minute, we are now offering, on an introductory basis, some of the lowest rates in the industry for worldwide calling and texting.”

The new monthly subscription rates are as follows.

Upon sign-up, VoxOx users receive a number of features and functionality for free: a dedicated phone number, in-network calling, inbound calling and faxing, a virtual personal assistant, voice mail, file sharing, and the ability to easily integrate IM and social networking communities such as Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, and more. Each user starts with 100 free minutes of U.S. and Canada outbound calling credit or 100 U.S. and Canada outbound texts (and corresponding international calling credit at various rates). VoxOx also has a friend referral program that enables users to add free credit.
