Cloud solutions provider Voxox has promoted three of its channel-partner program leaders.

Joann Farrar is now vice president, agent channel. She was previously senior channel manager. Farrar will focus on the company’s master agents and subagents. She has 18 years of experience in telecommunications and is a five-year veteran of Voxox, joining the company in 2009 to establish the small to medium business and wholesale channels. Prior to Voxox, she was general manager at TelNet Technologies and held management positions in operations with NEC and Nortel.

Joe Schiavone, formerly national channel manager at Voxox, is now vice president, dealer channel. He will support dealers who work with installations and tier-one support. A recent addition to the Voxox channel team, Schiavone has more than 28 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically in distribution channel development. Prior to Voxox, Schiavone held leadership roles at FreedomVoice Communications, VoiceNation, M5 Technologies and Teleco Toshiba.

Tad Nikolich is now senior vice president of business sales. Formerly VP of business sales, Nikolich will continue to oversee the business and wholesale sales effort, a key focus of which is the company’s channel partner program and all related activities. Nikolich has been overseeing the business sales team at Voxox since joining the company in 2008, initially in the role of director of sales, and then as VP of business sales since 2011. Previously, he worked at Pac-West, TelePacific Communications and Express Tel.

The Voxox channel partner program focuses on business cloud services, including hosted IP PBX, SIP trunking, a wide array of wholesale services – such as high volume SMS – and the company’s new virtual PBX service, Cloud Phone.
