Wisor Telecom Corp. launched 1A, an interactive agent software product that allows OSS applications to connect between an electronic data interchange translator and the network firewall for real-time transactions, at Billing and OSS World 2004. It also announced its trouble administration gateway, which supports interconnection to multiple trading partners through one gateway via an XML or database interface, and launched the Orchestrator 4.0 order management solution.

The 1A solution supports interconnection between telecom carriers for ordering, providing almost real-time business-to-business transaction processing. The new trouble administration gateway automatically performs most of the steps involved in processing a trouble report, and is compliant with industry standards. Meanwhile, Orchestrator 4.0 completes a conversion to Java J2EE and Oracle 9i, and provides greater usability in the form of reduced mouse clicks, enhanced search capability and streamlined order entry.
