WTG Adds Qwest Vet as Central Region Channel Manager

Master agent WTG has hired Robert Penuel, formerly with Layer4 Technologies, as channel manager in the Central region.

He comes to WTG with more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications. His background includes marketing and selling high-tech services, as well as business and sales consulting in the industry.

“We are very excited to welcome Robert to our sales team at WTG,” said Julie Dzubay, WTG’s vice president of sales operations. “Not only will he bring a focus on agent relationships in the Central region, but he will help agents develop their business strategies in his market. He is a great asset to our organization.”

Prior to joining WTG, Penuel was a sales consultant working with Fortune 1000 companies. He also was a sales director at Layer4, Totalink Communications, Broadwing Communications and Qwest.

“I am looking forward to working for a master agency/distributor so I can use my experience and knowledge to help my partners grow their businesses and transform their sales program,” he said. “As the sourcing expert in the industry, WTG is the perfect fit for my background and skills.”
