Xspedius Communications LLC announced this week that its president and CEO, Mark Senda, has resigned.

He has been temporarily replaced by James Lynch, who also serves as chairman of the Xspedius board of directors.

We thank Mark for his many contributions over the last three years, Lynch said in a news release. We have a strong and experienced executive team on board and we expect a smooth transition. The company continues to grow revenue and generate cash.

Lynch also sits on the boards of Globalstar LLC, Thermo Credit LLC and United Holdings LLC. The Xspedius board has formed a search committee to find a new leader for the CLEC.
