Zeacom Hires Business Development Director

Contact-center provider Zeacom, which sells only through the channel, has hired Quentin Kramer as director of business development.

Kramer comes to Zeacom from Communication Resources Inc., where he oversaw partner and sales efforts. He also spent time at systems integrator Carousel Industries, where he worked as vice president of messaging and applications within the UC, visual communications, virtualization and storage practices. He has held a number of executive, engineering and business development roles over the past 20 years, across several companies.

Zeacom sells contact center, business-process automation and UC. It’s owned by Enghouse Interactive and is a member of the Microsoft Partner Network with Gold competencies in application development, application integration and communications. Zeacom also is an NEC partner, a Cisco premier partner and member of the Avaya DevConnect program.
