Zultys Adds Outbound Dialer, SIP Softphone, More to MX Platform

Zultys today unveiled MX Release 8.0 for its MX Unified Communications platform. The updated software contains a number of new features.

For example, there are stronger disaster-recovery and resiliency capabilities via MXcluster Redundancy, as well as the new MXoutbound outbound dialer for setting appointment reminders, outbound marketing campaigns, disaster notification systems, automated customer surveys and more.

Plus, MX Release 8.0 adds a SIP softphone to the Zultys MXIE UC client for Mac. There’s already a softphone for iPhone and iPad. And there further is backup and restore, and system monitoring tools.

MX Release 8.0 is available to download immediately. Customers with a current software subscription are eligible for free access to the upgrade via their Zultys channel partners.
