Comcast Business just tapped a veteran of the AT&T indirect channel to manage field engagement.

Kaylina Rossi, who spent the last 15 years at AT&T, now serves as Comcast’s Business senior field engagement manager. She works for the company’s indirect program team, overseeing master agent engagement and marketing strategy. That includes events and field engagement.

Comcast Business’ Kaylina Rossi

Rossi worked the last eight years as a channel marketing manager for AT&T Business before coming to Comcast. She supported both the AT&T Alliance Channel and ACC Business programs. That included providing enablement, education and event resources for partners, in addition to market development funds.

Here’s our list of channel people on the move in May.

“I’m incredibly excited to start this new opportunity with Comcast Business. However, it’s certainly bittersweet. AT&T has been my home for the last 15 years, much of that time in indirect. I’m so thankful to AT&T for the experience, growth, and opportunities they have provided me,” Rossi said. “I have always respected the Comcast Business indirect team’s impact on the channel, their out-of-the-box thinking, and tenured leadership. Joining the team feels like a perfect next step in my professional evolution and career progression.”

She will work on the same team as Dalyn Wertz, executive director of Comcast Business’ indirect channel program and marketing. Wertz called the appointment a career highlight.

“Kaylina is a highly respected channel marketing leader in our industry, well known by our partners for her results and strong relationships,” Wertz said.
