Flatiron Health Raises $175 Million Series C Round to Further Bolster Its Oncology Cloud Software Platform for Providers and Accelerate Personalized Medicine. Cloud-based oncology software provider Flatiron Health has secured $175 million in a Series C funding round led by Roche, with participation from Allen & Company, Baillie Gifford and Casdin Capital. Flatiron Health noted the funding will enable the company to bolster its OncologyCloud software platform.
Aver Inc. Raises $13.6 Million in Series B Funding. Aver has secured $13.6 million in a Series B funding round led by Heritage Group, with participation from Cardinal Health, GE Ventures, Hearst Health Ventures and other investors. The cloud-based healthcare payment platform provider pointed out it will use the funding to “further scale operations, grow its platform capabilities and expand market share.”
Agilence Inc. Fuels Growth with $6 Million in New Funding. Agilence, which provides a cloud-based data analytics solution for food and beverage organizations, has raised $6 million in new funding. Arrowroot Capital led the funding, and Aster Capital also provided additional financing. Agilence said it will utilize the funding to support its ongoing growth.
Venminder Announces $4 Million in Financing Round Led by Bain Capital Ventures. Venminder, which offers cloud-based credit union and bank vendor management software, has added $4 million in a Series B funding round led by Bain Capital Ventures. The company said the funding will be used to support the growth of its platform and expand its team.
One Medical Passport Raises $4M to Streamline Pre-op Through Post-op Process. One Medical Passport has added $4 million in a funding round led by FCA Venture Partners. The cloud-based peri-operative software provider noted the funding will help the company as it “continues to build out its cutting-edge software suite and finishes development of its comprehensive patient engagement solution.”
