Icertis has raised $15 million in a Series B funding round led by Ignition Partners, with participation from Greycroft Partners and Fidelity Growth Partners India. The cloud contract lifecycle management platform provider noted the funding will allow it to invest in its marketing efforts and expand globally.
OneSpace Closes $9 Million Series B Funding Round to Launch Saas Virtual Workforce Platform. Virtual workforce platform company OneSpace has added $9 million in a Series B funding round led by Lewis & Clark Ventures. OneSpace said it will use the funding to bolster its product suite.
Propel Closes $4.2 Million Series A Financing Round Led by Cloud Apps Capital Partners. Propel has secured $4.2 million in a Series A funding round led by Cloud Apps Capital Partners, with participation from Salesforce Ventures and SignalFire. The cloud product lifecycle management (PLM) platform provider said it will use the funding to bolster its sales and marketing efforts.
RapidScale Raises Additional Funding From Initial Investors. Managed cloud services provider RapidScale has closed a funding round from its original angel investors. RapidScale said it will use the funding to add to its team and launch partnerships with multi-system operators and telecommunications carriers.
Spotinst Raises Series A Funding Round to Optimize Cloud ‘Spot’ Market Utilization. Spotinst has completed a Series A funding round led by PICO Investment Partners. The automated infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) provider offers a service designed to optimize cloud deployments on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and intends to add support for Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure later this year.
