CSS said the AirWatch deal with enable it to enhance its MDM services to include a readiness assessment, policy creation, policy management and around the clock monitoring and management.

“Growth in enterprise mobility with proliferation of mobile devices will require a secure environment,” said CSS CEO TG Ramesh in a prepared statement. “Mobile devices must be managed. Mobility is an important growth engine for CSS.”

Expect more partnerships in the near future

With AirWatch announcing two partnerships within a day of each other, I wouldn’t be surprised to see more AirWatch partnerships in the near future. The company has been staying up-to-date with device support and has already partnered with network solutions provider ForeScout Technologies, Inc., and technology communications solutions and services provider Dimension Data this year. We’ll stay on top of this one.
