BCN Solutions Express Improves Agent Portal, Adds Bonus Plan

BCN Solutions Express (Booth 702) announces it has upgraded its agent portal and launched an All the Business customized bonus plan.


We view our role as a sales facilitator for distributors and agents in the industry, says BCN Solutions Express CEO Tom McCrosson. The technology, frankly, is not a challenge to us. The most important thing is communication and helping people close business.


McCrosson says the companys goals are to simplify the sales process for its partners and to take care of the backroom functions like ordering and provisioning and to provide visibility back to the partners.


To that end, the enhanced BCN Solutions Express agent extranet provides partners with near-realtime provisioning status, order entry and sales information. In addition, support literature and order forms can be downloaded from the site, or from a customized site designed for the agent partner. These enhancements are in addition to existing reports for customer order log, line status, receivables reports and detailed commission reporting.


Its all designed to be used unaided, says McCrosson, adding the more people involved in customer relationship management, the better.


The new All the Business bonus plan offers partners a chance to make a multiple of the business sold by working with BCN Solutions Express to design a customized incentive plan and sales campaign.


McCrosson says, for example, BCN Solutions Express and its partners will set a time period for the agent to move business over to the BCN Solutions Express program and earn up to 100 percent of the monthly billing as a one-time bonus. The one-time multiple is possible based on standard rates and commissions; special pricing requirements would lower the bonus payout multiple, he says.
