CarrierSales Reaches $1 Million Monthly With inContact
It's another big award in CarrierSales' history with the contact center provider.
CarrierSales, the Utah-based master agent, has reached $1 million in monthly billing with inContact.
inContact, which NICE acquired last year, provides cloud-based contact centers and credits CarrierSales for an “intense focus on the contact center.” The master agent is the first partner of inContact to reach the $1 million monthly billing status.
CarrierSales President Richard Murray says his company’s relationship with inContact is only beginning.
“It’s one thing to sell a lot of contact center solutions and be recognized with awards; it’s a completely different thing to make sure the solutions get installed and that our partners get paid,” Murray said. “We have had tremendous growth in sales and in billing with inContact over the last three years, but we have been winning awards with inContact for more than a decade. To be the first among our peers to reach this billing milestone truly is a great honor and something that we will cherish. We owe a lot of credit to inContact and to our implementation partners who make sure the deals our partners sell get installed correctly.”
CarrierSales Vice President of Sales Ray Hicken thanked inContact and the various partners that have helped CarrierSales implement the contact center solutions.
“The success and momentum we are building around the contact center space is palpable. Partners from around the industry are knocking down our door to be part of this contact center movement we are creating,” he said.
CarrierSales took home the top master agency award last year for inContact.
inContact recently expanded its call center partnership with Vonage.
