Channel Partner Program Roundup: Sennheiser, Cradlepoint, Parascript

Hello friends, and thanks for stopping by to read the latest channel partner news in our weekly roundup. This week we’ve got some interesting tidbits from Sennheiser, Cradlepoint and Parascript.

Sennheiser: The high-end headset (and more) vendor has received Preferred Partner Status from global communication solution provider and integration partner NACR. Sennheiser received this distinction for its focus on delivering superior audio technology for NACR's enterprise call center solutions, according to the announcement.

NACR designates Preferred Partners based on factors including national and regional presence, lead generation and customer service. The program seeks to highlight top channel partners and encourage ongoing business relationships between NACR and its customers, according to the company.

"Sennheiser is an enduring partner with a growing channel presence and a reputation for setting new standards of sound quality. This is key to creating a contact center solution that does justice to the great potential of unified communications," said Gerry Pearce, UC practice lead at NACR, in a statement. "Together, Sennheiser and NACR help businesses make sound choices in their telecommunications investments.”

Cradlepoint: The 4G LTE networking service provider announced the winners of its Cradlepoint 2014 Partner Awards during the company’s second annual Partner Summit. Partners were recognized for utilizing the company’s sales and training techniques to deliver significant contributions to Cradlepoint’s channel network, according to the announcement.

Awards were distributed based on overall performance and momentum in the market and within Cradlepoint, as well as the longevity of partnership with the company.

The full list of winners includes:

“The Cradlepoint Partner Award program is designed to recognize Cradlepoint’s diverse ecosystem. We look to honor the unique strengths of partners, not just those with top sales,” said Adnon Dow, senior vice president of Global Channel Sales and Alliances for Cradlepoint. “As we honor recipients for their accomplishments, we’re also thanking them for helping Cradlepoint grow.”

Parascript: The document recognition company announced a new partnership that will integrate the company’s document processing software with OneTouchPoint’s business process outsourcing services.

The alliance is expected to provide OneTouchPoint’s users with a way to eliminate the need for manual data entry and deliver labor and cost savings.

“We look forward to providing Parascript software to meet our customers’ high-volume document processing needs,” said Jason Wienke, general manager of Digital Services at OneTouchPoint, in a statement. “This encompasses a wide range of activities from processing invoices, insurance claims, survey cards, explanation of benefits, applications, to checks and remittance documents.”

And with that, we cap off another successful roundup. Thanks for reading, and be safe out there.
