Aerohive Networks debuted its AdvantageMSP program this week, which allows MSP partners deliver managed enterprise wired and wireless services to customers, according to the announcement. Beginning immediately, Aerohive partners can begin selling Wi-Fi as a service to their customers, thus preventing end users from having to install networking hardware.
Aerohive’s AdvantageMSP program is currently available in both Management as a Service and Wireless as a Service tiers. MaaS tier partners will have access to exclusive MSP tools, while WaaS partners can utilize a services revenue platform, the company said.
Product engineering and managed IT services provider BETSOL will resell Lionbridge Technologies’ (LIOX) Lionbridge's GeoFluent real-time translation solution, which enables call center clients to more easily communicate with customers speaking different languages.
GeoFluent is a SaaS-based offering that “provides clients with omni-lingual support across their self-service, chat and agent-assisted digital channels.” The service is expected to help call center customers reduce the amount of money they would normally need to upgrade their chat platform or hire bilingual agents, according to the announcement.
With the volume of non-primary language interactions increasing, progressive contact centers are taking steps to better support their customers across all languages and channels," said Tom Tseki, vice president and general manager of Customer Care Solutions, Lionbridge. "We are excited to extend our GeoFluent solution to BETSOL and provide the multilingual customer care that contact centers need to succeed."
Austin-based POS Solutions can now resell Netsurion’s Brand Guard services bundled with its own solutions, the company announced this week. POS Solutions has also been named a Netsurion gold partner.
Netsurion has pledged to provide POS Solutions with a Qualified Integrators and Resellers course to train employees on PCI compliance and installation processes. The reseller partnership is expected to take effect on July 6.
