Digital Management Acquires Mission Critical Wireless

dmi-logo-for-twitter.jpgManaged services and mobile solutions provider Digital Management, Inc. announced its acquisition of Mission Critical Wireless, LLC (MCW), a mobile infrastructure management and mobile device management services provider. This move, according to the company, will “dramatically enhance its enterprise mobility solutions for federal and commercial customers.”

MCW has been a provider of mobile device management and mobile infrastructure management services since 2004. Through the acquisition, DMI expects to receive value through consulting services, as well as managed services. These services will be for primarily bring your own device environments and corporate-owned devices in a global setting. MCW has established partnerships with mobile software providers such as MobileIron, AirWatch, and BoxTone.

DMI, on the other hand, offers services around mobile enterprise application platforms, mobile app store, mobile application management and mobile device management. DMI is headquartered in Bethesda MD, with satellite and project offices around the world.
