At its Dreamforce 2021 conference Tuesday, Salesforce unveiled new capabilities that integrate Slack across its products and industry services.

Salesforce also rolled out new Slack innovations that improve collaboration across organizational boundaries and empower teams to embrace asynchronous working.

Marc Benioff is Salesforce’s chair and CEO. He said the theme of Dreamforce 2021 is “welcome to the trusted enterprise.”

“There is a huge change that is going on,” he said. “And we believe that change is the change and transformation, and evolution and inspiration into the trusted enterprise.”

Salesforce‘s playbook for trusted enterprise includes: regaining trust, customer-first systems, digital HQs, the health and safety of all, and sustainability.

Salesforce has 15 million “trailblazers” globally. They’re individuals who are innovating with Salesforce, using its platform to transform their companies. Benioff said Salesforce’s partners are also trailblazers.

Salesforce achieved $26.3 billion in revenue this year, “and it’s because of the trailblazers,” he said. He expects revenue to reach $50 billion by 2026.

“When we go out and say how can we make the world better, how can we commit to improving the state of the world, how do we repair the world, not only are we just doing well, but we’re doing good at the same time,” Benioff said.
