Flexential is launching a new partner portal later this month that promises greater performance and easier navigation.

The new Flexential partner portal will be available to partners on Jan. 24. It aims to provide a better overall experience for Flexential partners and make it easier for them to do business with the company.

The new partner portal will offer deal registration and tracking, access to sales, marketing and partner enablement resources, and more.

All partners will have to register for access to the new portal. That’s regardless of whether they had credentials for the old partner portal.

If a partner has multiple portal users at their company, it will ask the first person to register to review and update company data.

New Portal Supports Channel Program Evolution

“Flexential has continued to invest in its partner program throughout 2021,” she said. “We added resources last year to focus on program development, enhanced tools/systems, and provided operational support for our channel business given the criticality of partners in our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Since the portal is a centralized platform for partners to interact with Flexential, we invested in a new portal that would support the evolution of our program and provide the best partner experience as we continue to scale our channel program.”

While the new portal initially offers many of the same functions, the new platform will provide enhanced performance, functionality and tracking of partner opportunities, McCoy said. Also, due to the integration with Salesforce, this will allow Flexential to continue to add new features, including advanced partner reporting, commission tracking and co-marketing capabilities.

“The new portal is based on the overall feedback from our partner ecosystem over the past year,” she said. “We went live with a beta release of the new portal in December to a select group of partners. We are adding new partners to the platform throughout January and will continue to collect additional feedback regarding functionality, enhancements and new features they would like to see in our next phase of development.”

Partner Enablement Resources

The Flexential partner portal provides a centralized place to access the company’s partner enablement resources, McCoy said. Those include updated collateral, competitive information, customer use cases and training/certification.

“Our goal is to help our partners uncover more opportunities and understand how to leverage Flexential’s portfolio of services to solve their customers’ hybrid IT challenges and remain a trusted advisor to their clients,” she said.

The channel is a significant part of Flexential’s overall GTM strategy and a key revenue contributor to the company, McCoy said.

“Therefore, we will continue to invest in building out an industry-leading partner program focused on helping our partners increase their revenues, leveraging Flexential’s portfolio of hybrid IT services and continuing to improve the overall partner experience,” she said. “Partners will see new benefits to be a Flexential partner through a streamlined program/partner agreements, as well as continued partner enablement resources to support their selling efforts.”
