Friday's Last Word: Nutanix CEO Dheeraj Pandey — Who exactly is he?
Nutanix CEO Dheeraj Pandey co-founded the software-defined computing platform company in 2009. He has more than 13 years of enterprise software experience.
Before Nutanix, Dheeraj was the vice president of engineering at Aster Data (now Teradata), where he helped build the product and its engineering team. He also worked at Oracle, where he managed a storage engine group for Oracle Database/Exadata.
What are his plans for Nutanix?
"Strive to cross the biggest chasms of them all — going from a box company to a platform company," he says.
