GFI Software: 8K-plus MSPs Use Integrated MSP Platform GFI Max
GFI Software announced today that more than 8,000 managed services providers (MSPs) are now using GFI MAX RemoteManagement.
GFI Max announced today that more than 8,000 managed services providers (MSPs) are now using GFI Max RemoteManagement, around 2,000 more MSPs than last year (and also higher than the 7,400 number cited as of March 31 in the company’s intial public offering (IPO) prospectus with the SEC filed in August).
GFI also revealed additional milestones: more than 600,000 MSP engineer logins every month; nearly 10 million remote access sessions supported by GFI Max’s take control feature; more than 260 million remote monitoring checks run each day; more than 5.7 million automated maintenance tasks are run each month via the GFI Max platform; and its managed online backup feature has enabled 5.5 million backups since its launch last year.
GFI Max Business Unit General Manager Alistair Forbes said in a prepared statement that the company is seeing strong growth among the GFI Max customer base, due to the company’s focus on the MSP community.
“Today’s MSP looks very different than it did just five years ago and it needs the agility to readily adapt to the evolving needs of each of their own customers,” he said. “Ultimately, we provide our MSP partners with tools that are easy to manage, yet powerful, ensuring that they are well-positioned to develop deeper engagements with clients and to take on greater responsibility for their networks.”
GFI Software filed for an intial public offering (IPO) prospectus with the SEC in August. According to the prospectus, GFI grew top-line revenues about 32 percent in Q1 2013 from the same period in 2012.
GFI MAX will be holding its U.S. customer conference on September 23-24 in Las Vegas, Nev., where MSPmentor will be providing readers with full coverage of the event.
