LogicMonitor, a SaaS-based performance monitoring platform for enterprise IT and MSPs, is introducing its first partner program, designed to help partners take advantage of the $47 billion market for IT infrastructure products for the cloud.

The LogicMonitor Partner Network formalizes the company’s global partner community, spanning resellers, SIs, MSPs and technology integrators. Program benefits include sales and marketing collaboration; training and certification programs; dedicated partner managers; competitive portfolio differentiation; accelerated on-boarding; and automated deal registration, the company said.

LogicMonitor’s Mark Banfield

Mark Banfield, LogicMonitor‘s chief revenue officer, tells Channel Partners his company has “always placed a high value on partners as part of our overall business strategy.”

“As we expand to new global markets, we’re placing additional importance on embracing and developing the channel,” he said. “Especially when it comes to entering new markets, our channel partners have deep insights and relationships, so building strong partnerships allows us to leverage their expertise while at the same time supporting them and helping them grow their businesses in this huge addressable market.”

LogicMonitor’s partners are facing the same issues as its customers, namely learning how to effectively monitor hybrid environments as the digital transformation means moving infrastructure to the cloud, Banfield said.

Here’s our most recent list of important channel-program changes you should know.

“This hybrid monitoring challenge is something that legacy tools simply don’t do a good job of addressing, so that’s where we come in,” he said. “Our platform also provides the extensibility to support 1,500 technologies out of the box, allowing customers to extend the capabilities of our platform to monitor new technologies as they come along. For example, we have a customer in [Asia Pacific that] uses our platform in a DevOps environment to help them bring new products to market. Our platform is key in this approach as it allows them to quickly monitor new applications and services, and get feedback to development teams, ultimately improving time to market.”

Not only will this program help LogicMonitor on-board new partners and embrace new markets and geographies, “but it will also help us provide value to more customers, which is our ultimate goal,” Banfield said.

“We chose LogicMonitor because it’s the most robust solution on the market and a competitive differentiator for us,” said Michael Swiencki, RoundTower‘s director of managed services. “For the end customer, the value of LogicMonitor increases tenfold because we do all of the management for them, relieving the burden on internal staff. This dedicated partner portal will help us find everything we need including platform and feature updates plus automated deal registration. We’re excited to see how this program helps us take our business to the next level with LogicMonitor.”
