Masergy Honors Intelisys, More as Top Master Agents
Intelisys is no stranger to the top of Masergy's leaderboard. See who else scored big.
Masergy just honored Intelisys as its top selling master agent partner.
The software-defined networking company recognized 13 company in its annual partner awards on Tuesday. These partners made the list because of their sales achievements in fiscal year 2020.
Intelisys won master agent sales, as it has since 2017. Moreover, it triumphed in the UCaaS and SD-WAN categories.
Paul Constantine, Intelisys’ executive vice president, supplier services, praised the value of Masergy’s UCaaS and SD-WAN portfolio. He also credited Masergy for building an “innovative” partner program. Masergy unveiled the Zenith Program in July. The updated program provides new training resources, in addition to market development funds and some hefty incentives.

“… it is evident that Masergy’s renewed effort to embrace the channel and our agent community has been well received,” Constantine said.
Avant Communications earned the most security sales, an honor which it wrestled away from 2019 winner Intelisys. Masergy also recognized TBI, Telarus and MicroCorp for achieving highest year-over-year growth.
Jim Glackin, who recently joined Masergy as senior vice president of global channel, congratulated the winners.

Behind Every Cloud Triumphs
Behind Every Cloud’s Ray Bricknell
Masergy also honored its top agents. The London-based consultancy Behind Every Cloud landed the highest overall sales, in addition to SD-WAN sales. The partner typically serves customers in the financial services sector. Ray Bricknell, Behind Every Cloud’s managing director, called Masergy’s solution “the best global WAN/SDN solution available in the market — period.”
“Their expanded and recently announced SD-WAN portfolio propels Masergy to the forefront of the world’s managed SD-WAN market, and when combined with their equally excellent UCaaS/SIP offering, they present a great ‘one-stop-shop’ option for our very selective client base,” Bricknell said.
