This week we sat down with Kimberly King, vice president for Worldwide Partners and Channels at Progress Software (PRGS), an application development, data interoperability and software-as-a-service enablement provider.

In her role as channel chief, King manages the company's strategic direction and management of the Progress Software partner community. She and her team also focus on helping partners grow their overall revenue and recruiting new software vendors into the Progress community.

Prior to her time as channel chief at Progress Software, King served as general manager and senior vice president for Channels and Alliances at Compuware, as well as vice president of Worldwide Channels and Alliances for Tideway Systems. She has held to several other senior executive-level roles in the channel throughout her career.
