Jason Abel transformed a small stagnant break/fix shop into an MSP. IntermixIT is on course to double sales revenue 2014 vs 2012, going from under $10,000 MRR in early 2013 to over $35,000 MRR to date in 2014 while maintaining over a 95 percent customer retention rate.

Mona Abutaleb, President and CEO, mindSHIFT Technologies, Inc.

In 2014,  Abutaleb led her mindSHIFT team into its next growth phase by seamlessly integrating the company into Ricoh, tripling the mindSHIFT territory presence throughout North America. Under her leadership, the company has pursued a hybrid portfolio expansion strategy by continuing to innovate internally while also integrating best-of-breed third-party products so that users are equipped with the right IT products and services and can compete in today’s always-on marketplace.

Dan Allaby, Director of Cloud Offerings, Avnet

Dan developed the Avnet Cloud Toolset (ACT) to help its managed service provider (MSP) and value-added reseller (VAR) partners in the United STates and Canada simplify customer invoicing for cloud deployments. By leveraging ACT, partners will be able to ensure that their Amazon Web Services (AWS) and (IBM) SoftLayer customers are provided with invoices that accurately track individual and aggregate cloud usage for their organizations, helping them to optimize their enterprise-wide AWS and SoftLayer spend.

Michael Amadio, Director of Marketing, Excel Micro LLC

Amadio single-handedly managed Excel Micro’s marketing efforts throughout the entire year which grew the organization to now manage over 3,500 partners and which also lead to the acquisition of Excel Micro by j2 Global. Mike has transformed Excel Micro’s reputation from a single product distributor to being more of a single point of purchase of all cloud security.

Scott Anderson, President, Core Business Services

Ricky Ayers, CFO, WorkSmart Inc.

Ayers has led financial management and strategy for WorkSmart since its inception in 2001. Ayers is an active leader within HTG. He attributes WorkSmart’s strong growth in recurring revenue — almost 25 percent per year — to approaching IT from a business perspective. WorkSmart’s top line and bottom line growth comes from strategic financial planning, internal cost controls, and an ongoing focus on efficiency and automation, he said. Milton Bartley, President/CEO, ImageQuest Managed Services

Bartley is a pioneer of managed services and managed cloud technologies with more than 18 years of industry experience. Joy Belinda Beland, Founder/CEO, LA IT Girl

He is particularly active in the community sitting on several boards, and takes a hands-on approach to client IT work, making Five Nines a leading MSP in Nebraska. The company has grown from 2 employees to 95 in 8 years, recently being nominated as a Best Place to Work in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Neal Bradbury, Co-Founder and VP of Channel Development, Intronis
