Erik Nachbahr, President, Helion Automotive Technologies

has built an MSP organization to serve the automotive vertical.  The company has grown year after year since being founded in 1997 to now support more than 650 dealerships nationwide. The business now includes satellite offices to provide faster and more efficient services to clients.

Matt Nachtrab, CEO, LabTech Software

Nachtrab has led LabTech Software from a startup provider of remote monitoring and management (RMM) software to a major provider to MSPs, winning investment from ConnectWise Capital.

Bharath Natarajan, Director Channel Go-to-Market Worldwide Alliances & Channels, Oracle

Natarajan personally generated the concept and vision of Tech Data’s StreamOne and grew the TDCloud business from the ground up. He is now taking the same approach for Oracle’s Value Added Retailer Go-to-Market strategy and program.

Cheryl Nelan, President, CMIT Solutions of Monroe

Nelan’s MSP organization doubled sales in 2013 vs. 2012 and is poised to grow close to another 50 percent in 2014.  She boasts a 71 percent Net Promoter score (as compared to a 37 percent industry average).  Her focus on listening to the clients and creating programs that add value for their businesses is what makes her successful.

Mark Nelson, Director – Managed Services, West Monroe Partners

Nelson has grown the revenue of the company’s MSP practice 1700 percent from 2009 to 2014. He expanded the original core services of Service Desk and Infrastructure Management to include Custom Application Management, Data Analytic System Management, and key specialty offerings for Microsoft SharePoint Management and CRM Management Services (MS CRM and Salesforce.com).  These new service offerings now represent 20 percent of Managed Services revenue.  Mark has accomplished this while overseeing a strong team that exceeds SLAs with high client satisfaction.

Stacy Nethercoat, Vice President Product Marketing, TDCloud, Tech Data Corporation

Nethercoat has led the development of StreamOne and the dedicated TDCloud business unit at Tech Data. She created a new organizational structure that better aligns with MSP partners and marketplace trends.

Jeffrey Papen, Founder and CEO, Peak Hosting

Papen is founder of managed hosting provider Peak Hosting, which is on track for 300 percent revenue growth in 2014. The company has launched two new geographically dispersed data centers that are 25 percent faster than the industry average. Its ARPU (average revenue per user) is $50,000/month vs. the industry average of $200-800/month and its customers sign long-term contracts, typically 36 months.

Mitesh Patel, Managing Director, Fifosys

Patel has built Fifosys from a self-funded start up to a thriving MSP business generating revenues of £4.6 million and delivering support to over 5,000 end users for more than 100 clients in 8 countries, spanning 40 different industry sectors. Mitesh also mentors aspiring young entrepreneurs across a variety of industries.

Patel has overseen 33 percent growth of Netstar over the past year, while targeting a different market/size and sector of business. Netstar also received 95 percent positive feedback on our service tickets and improved its Net Promoter Score from 21 to 35 over the last year.

Nicholas Paulukow, President/CEO, One2One Inc.

Paulukow’s IT company currently employs 16 and the business is continues to grow. In 2014 he led One2One to earn its place on the Inc. 5000 list, being one of only 17 in the Central Pennsylvania region to make the list. His company had revenue of $3M in 2014, a 148 percent 3-year growth.

Lisa Person, Director Member Communities, CompTIA

Lisa Person leads three member communities at CompTIA — Managed IT Services, Managed Print Services and IT Security.  She has rolled out advanced education for MSPs to help them improve their businesses. Among the three communities, she oversaw the donation of $30,000 to related industry charities this year.
